• Our chickens enjoy their free-range privileges and we also believe that leading happy, content lives produce quality organic eggs, just like as how we raise our cattle. It is important that our chickens are also able to roam freely for their diverse but natural diet so that we don’t have to rely on GMOs to enhance production and the quality of produce.
  We have lots of chickens that’s also always fun to watch especially when they’re herding and if that wasn’t fun enough, there’s also our two roosters that never seemed to go along with one another which occasionally results in frequent fighting.

  To the point that the other basically had to live outside our chicken yard.

Eggs

• When we have a brooding hen, we occasionally take the eggs and put them in the incubator so that we can keep produce little chicks that we have to include in our brood. This process takes a week or so because you have to let the chickens know that the baby chicks aren’t a threat and aren’t bad.

  The rest means lots of eggs. LOTS of them – Which, frequent patrons get to enjoy on a regular basis.
